Cars blocking traffic fell by 23 per cent. %0D%0A %0D%0AThe cameras were installed in 2004 and have since fined 100000 drivers %A3100 each for stopping inside the junction. %0D%0A %0D%0AThey were intended to reduce congestion by preventing cars from blocking oncoming traffic but the bill for crossing the line without a way out has made many too cautious. %0D%0A %0D%0A%22We are concerned by the results because the justification for the cameras was that they would improve traffic flow%22 Jeroen Weimar of TfL told the Times. %0D%0A %0D%0ATfLK said that it will continue monitoring over the summer and attempt to improve traffic flow removing cameras if necessary. %0D%0A %0D%0ACamera-shy drivers can find the best motor insurance quotes online. %0D%0A%0D%0A
