Car Gadgets as standard for Fords
New Ford models are to feature a range of car gadgets, it has been revealed.
The Ford Mondeo, S-MAX and Galaxy will now be equipped a USB port and Digital Audio Broadcasting (DAB) so portable music devices can be listened to in-car.
Markus Pazina, Ford navigation and connectivity engineer, says: "Our latest DAB systems and connectivity options provide Ford customers with digital sound quality from a broad choice of media."
Voice-activation can be used on some of the MP3 features such as track selection, the company affirms.
Controls for MP3 devices are located between the rev counter and speedometer.
Customers looking to buy one of the brand new Ford models are reminded to take out insurance for their vehicle should any accidents suddenly happen.
Ford Mondeos now have an Electronic Stability Programme as standard across the range and are available in 5-door, 4-door and estate models.
